Terms and Conditions of Business for Bed and Breakfast accommodation

Booking:

Before booking, you must read and agree to the booking terms and conditions.

Payment:

After completing the booking form you will be asked to pay a £30 deposit cheque, that will only be cashed if you fail to turn up, or if there are any damages/breakages. 

Your payment for B&B is required in Euros on arrival or by payment via Paypal, or French Euro cheque. Any extras during your stay are payable before departure.

If paying by Cheque - GB Sterling: WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE PRICE AT CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE

If paying by Cheque -  French bank accounts only:

If paying by credit/debit card using Paypal: If you select this option on the booking form you will be sent a "Paypal Payment Request" to the email you have provided. Simply follow the instructions on the email that you receive to make your payment.

Bookings made on the online, by phone or post will constitute a legally binding contract.

Damages / Deposit

If there are any damages or breakages, please tell us immediately. If they amount to any serious cost, we will ask for reimbursement, or take it from the security deposit cheque supplied when you book.

Cancellation

Cancellations by the customer: No refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation is at the request of the customer (unless we can fill your dates with an alternative booking).

Cancellations by Us: If, in the unlikely circumstance we have to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund of any monies paid in advance. No other responsibility will be accepted for any other financial re-imbursement. You are expected to take out separate travel insurance to cover for holiday cancellations, delays, loss damage etc.

Holiday/Travel Insurance

You stay with us at your own risk.

Any transport provided by us is also taken at your own risk.

We recommended that each customer takes out separate holiday / travel insurance to cover for cancellation, accident, sickness, loss or theft of personal belonging etc.

We do not accept any responsibility for the security of personal items whilst on this course.

Data Protection

We do not pass on, transfer or sell any personal information of our customers to any third party. We do not store personal information for any longer than necessary for our own business records.
