Terms and Conditions of Business for all holidays and courses held at

Booking:

Check the details for each holiday or course before booking, for information about dates, accommodation, transport and price and what is included or not included for each holiday or course.

 

Before booking, you must read and agree to the booking terms and conditions.

Payment:

 

After completing the booking form you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival (or if booking within 6 weeks payment must be in full). This must be received within 7 days of completing the online booking form, or your booking will be cancelled.

Postal bookings:  payment / deposit must be included with your postal book.

 

If paying by Cheque - GB Sterling: WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE PRICE AT CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE

If paying by Cheque - Euro draw-able on a French bank account:

If paying by credit/debit card using Paypal: If you select this option on the booking form you will be sent a "Paypal Payment Request" to the email you have provided. Simply follow the instructions on the email that you receive to make your payment (deposit or full payment).

If you are making a deposit, a second Payment Request will be sent 7 weeks before arrival and you must pay the balance within 6 weeks of arrival.

 

Payment for all courses is required in advance of course commencement. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received.


All payments will be confirmed with an email receipt, which will be sent to the booking email address.


Bookings must be made on the online booking form or the postal booking form both of which will constitute a legally binding contract.

Cancellation, Postponement or Substitution of Course Dates

We reserve the right to change the course presenters, dates, venue and content should the need arise. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled or postponed by the organisers a full refund will be made but no further liability will be accepted.

 

Cancellations by the customer: No refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation is at the request of the customer (unless we can fill your place before course start date). We recommend that each person booking a place on a course or holiday with us takes out their own travel insurance to cover for illness, accident, loss or damage to personal property, cancellation, etc.

 

Holiday/Travel Insurance

You holiday with us at your own risk, both on and off our property for the duration of the holiday or course.

Any transport provided by us is also taken at your own risk. You are free to provide your own transportation if you so wish.

We recommended that each customer takes out separate holiday / travel insurance to cover for cancellation, accident, sickness, loss or theft of personal belonging etc.

We do not accept any responsibility for the security of personal items whilst on this course.

Intellectual Property

All Materials provided on our courses and holidays are copyright of the course tutor(s). The materials and information provided individually to each student may be permanently retained for the exclusive use of the individual. No part of Course Materials may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronically or mechanically, including photocopying, recording or any information storage or retrieval system without the prior written permission of the course organiser/tutor. Course Materials are provided subject to the condition that they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, hired out, or otherwise circulated without the prior written permission of the course organiser/tutor. Any use, duplication or lending of Course Materials without the prior written consent of course organiser/tutor, save for such uses as are allowed under applicable law is prohibited. All course materials are copyright of course organiser/tutor in whatever format.

Data Protection

We do not pass on, transfer or sell any personal information of our customers to any third party. We do not store personal information for any longer than necessary for our own business records.
