ADVANCE BOOKING IS RECOMMENDED ON OUR WEEK LONG FULL BOARD HOLIDAYS AS PLACES ARE LIMITED TO 6 PER HOLIDAY.

We recommend that for all holidays, short breaks and B&B that you take out separate holiday insurance to cover for cancellations, delays in travel, loss, damage, sickness and accident.

BED & BREAKFAST 2008

Please note: Advance bookings are required. Breakfast included in price. Payment is in euros on arrival. Cheques are only accepted if they are from a French bank account. We ask for a deposit cheque if booking more than 2 weeks in advance, which can be in GB Sterling. (We do not cash this check, unless you fail to turn u or if there are any damages). The cheque is returned to you on your departure.

PRICE: 25€ PER PERSON PER NIGHT

Security deposit: £30 if booking more than 2 weeks in advance. GB cheque which is returned at end of stay unless failure to arrive. Booking payment required on arrival in Euros

No children under 5, except babies by arrangement.

FULL BOARD THEMED HOLIDAYS 2008

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not have a single person supplement, however, single people may be required to share a twin room with same gender unless they opt for an additional supplement of 120€. Please note: We are flexible in our arrangements. Bookings can be from any start date, subject to availability and UNLESS DATES ARE SPECIFIED BELOW. ALL Holidays/Courses can be extended by any amount of days subject to availability by booking in advance, please ask for additional cost. If you can organise your own group of 5 people including yourself, you the group organiser gets a 50% discount off your own holiday price.

HOLIDAYS AND COURSE DETAILS:

SIGHTSEEING HOLIDAYS: Sightseeing in Central France - Price: 550€ per person - full board for 7 nights accommodation. Airport pick-up if required and all transport included. Entrance fees / meals out included. Sightseeing in Le Berry and surrounding area - including visits to (for example): Chateaux and gardens, Castle ruins, local markets, or a selection of your choice. We will have a meals out and weather permitting a picnic or two. Full use of garden, play area, garden furniture and use of fridge for your own drinks and ice. wallks direct from the door and good cycling country if you bring your bikes. ART HOLIDAYS: Sketching & Painting - Price: 680€ per person - full board for 7 nights accommodation. Airport pick-up if required and all transport included. Entrance fees / meals out included. You will be taken to some of the most picturesque places in the area to paint, sketch, photograph or just sight-see. This is a great holiday for "non-participating" partners. Picnics, meals out and relaxation time included. Full use of garden, garden furniture and fridge for your own drinks and ice. GROUP BOOKINGS

If you would like to organise a group to take part in one of our themed holidays, you can benefit from a 50% discount off your own holiday price if you can book a party of 4 or 5 people (yourself included). This is on the basis that all group members are on the same holiday together, with one collection point (airport or station).

MENU TARIFF for B&B

Our standard B&B tariff includes breakfasts of toast, fruit, cereals, juice, tea and coffee. If you would like a breakfast alternative or an evening meal (or even a packed or picnic lunch) see additional prices below:

All prices are per person per meal:

Packed Lunches - sandwiches, soft drink, fruit - 5€ per person

Picnic Lunches - 8€ per person

Evening Meal: - 10€ per person - meal, wine and coffee - on request and must be reserved at time of booking.

MAKE A RESERVATION

Bed and Breakfast: Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am. We ask that Bed and Breakfast guests vacate the premises between 10.30am and 4pm if staying for more than one night. Accommodation payment must be in euros, or by French Bank Account Cheque on arrival. Your security deposit cheque will be returned to you on departure unless there have been damages that need accounting for. MAKE A B&B RESERVATION

Holidays: You can pay in Euros (cash or French Bank Cheque) or by Paypal. Payment in sterling can be made by arrangement. We ask for a 30% deposit for booking and full payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For all visits, we recommend you take out separate travel insurance to cover you for loss, cancellation, sickness etc.
