• HOUSE-HUNTER BREAKS: 5 days/4 nights Full board house-hunting breaks. Full board and packed/picnic lunches. Self drive. Local maps available and help with directions to properties if required. Internet access during stay for further research and contact with agents.

• PROPERTY SEARCH SERVICE - As an optional extra....

We make a local property search for you in your chosen area(s), looking at property details from local agents, notaires and any private sale properties that we can find.

We then go and look at the properties you have selected from the ones we have chosen for further investigation. After visiting any properties we send a detailed report with photos via email (or online access) the same day, so that you can short list the definite properties you would like to view yourselves when you arrive.

Once here we will help with directions to your viewing appointments and provide maps. This package is designed to minimise your time being wasted whilst here in France and to hopefully find you your perfect property before you have arrived. We aim for stress free house-hunting.

This Property Search Service could save you a wasted trip and hundreds of pounds on ferry fares or flights. Too often properties that you have arranged to see are nothing like you expect or want.

For the property search service we will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete (online or by email) so that we can establish your exact requirements before commencing our search of properties in the local area.

We will pre-view properties within a 10km radius of any of the following towns: La Chatre, Ste Severe, Chateaumeillant, Boussac, Aigurande, Culan - any further afield, please ask and we can provide a separate quote to cover the extra travel.

FOR THIS SERVICE, WE WILL NEED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

We are not employed by any estate agents or sellers, and gain no commission from any party. We offer a truly unbiased property finding service for a one-off fee paid for by you the house-hunter. (see tariff below).

This service does not include any negotiations between estate agents or sellers. We simply offer a finding service. All offers and dealings thereafter are between the relevant parties.

• Our full board includes: Evening meal on day of arrival, full board all full days, with Breakfast and packed lunch on day of departure.

• Tea, coffee and chilled bottled water are freely available all day on a serve yourself basis

• We offer generous continental breakfasts (as well as cereals and taost) with unlimited juice, tea and coffee as part of the price.

• We an also provide 2 course evening meals with wine and coffee.

• We can cater for other dietary requirements such as vegetarian / gluten / wheat intolerant.

Please note: Advance bookings are required and must be secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit (unless for any reason we have to cancel, in which case you will be refunded your deposit)
